I have practised law in Manitoba since 2014, and have been a passionate technologist for as long as I can remember. Over the past five years I have had the privilege of negotiating dozens of major technology acquisitions, including multi-million dollar transformation projects. My experience as in-house counsel with a large Canadian financial services company has provided me with unique insight into how business decisions are made with a risk management perspective. This knowledge will help your business get better results in negotiations and help reduce your business’s exposure to legal and business risks.
If you get sued, or need to file a claim to defend your rights, I will represent you all the way to trial.
I have also participated in technology start-ups and recognize the challenges and rewards inherent in their development.
